Home Elevators in Jeddah: comfort for every floor
Most of the calls we take start the same way: stairs have become a problem for a parent, and the family wants them to stay in their own home.
A modern home lift is quieter and smaller than most people expect. It runs on household power, starts and stops softly, and can be finished to match the interior rather than announce itself.
If your house was not built with a shaft, that is not the end of it. Our shaftless elevators need no pit and no machine room, and where there is no room inside at all, an external elevator can be added against the outside wall.
- Designed for elderly parents and limited mobility
- Fits existing homes — no shaft or pit required
- Custom cabins, glass and panoramic options
- Installment plans available

Authorized FUJISJ elevator agent in Saudi Arabia
FUJISJ is a Chinese elevator manufacturer — not the Japanese Fuji brand, which is a common mix-up worth clearing up before you compare quotes. They build passenger, home, hospital, panoramic and car elevators, plus escalators and moving walks, in their own factory.
We hold the agency here, which means the machine is specified, imported, installed and then serviced by one company. When a part is needed years later, it comes through the same channel instead of a broker.
Factory-built machines, specified and serviced locally by our own engineers.

Installed locally
Our engineers do the installation, testing and handover — not a subcontractor.
Parts channel
Spares come through the agency, so availability does not depend on a broker.

Cost
How much does an elevator cost in Jeddah?
There is no single price. What an elevator costs in Saudi Arabia depends on six things above all: the type of lift, the number of stops, the load capacity, the cabin finish, whether the building already has a shaft and pit, and the brand. A compact three-stop home lift and an eight-stop panoramic elevator are different machines with different civil works.
We publish the factors rather than a headline number, because a number without a site survey is a guess. The survey is free and the quote is itemised.
| Factor | Why it moves the price | Impact |
|---|---|---|
| Elevator type | Hydraulic, traction and MRL machines differ in drive, shaft and machine-room needs. | High |
| Number of stops | Each stop adds a door set, landing controls, guide rail and wiring. | High |
| Load capacity | A 630 kg passenger lift and a 2,000 kg freight lift are different structures. | High |
| Shaft & pit | An existing shaft saves civil works. Shaftless designs avoid them entirely. | High |
| Cabin finish | Stainless, glass, mirror, wood and custom décor sit at very different price points. | Medium |
| Door type | Automatic centre-opening, telescopic or manual swing doors. | Medium |
| Speed & controls | Higher speed and VVVF control add cost but improve ride and energy use. | Medium |
| Site conditions | Access, power supply and building height affect installation time. | Low–Medium |

Clients
What building owners say
“They surveyed the building, told us plainly which lift suited it, and installed it without disrupting the tenants. The monthly reports since have been just as straightforward.”
“Reliable team and genuine parts. When something needed replacing they showed us the old component and explained why.”
“We called late in the evening with a lift stuck between floors. They talked us through what to do and had someone on site.”

Questions
Elevator FAQs
The questions we are actually asked on the phone, answered the way we would answer them.
All questions
How long does elevator installation take?
Typically 4–10 weeks from site survey to handover. The elevator itself is usually installed in one to two weeks; most of the time is manufacturing and any civil works your building needs. A survey gives you a firm date.
Can you install an elevator in a house without a shaft?
Yes. Shaftless elevators need no pit and no machine room, so they can be fitted into an existing house with minimal building work. Where there is no internal space at all, an external elevator can be added against the outside wall. Both need a site survey first.
How much does a home elevator cost in Saudi Arabia?
It depends mainly on the number of stops, the cabin finish and whether a shaft already exists. We do not publish a headline figure because a price without a survey is a guess — the survey is free and the quote is itemised.
Are elevators safe during a power cut?
Yes. Our elevators are supplied with an emergency lowering system, a backup battery and an alarm. In a power cut the car moves to the nearest floor and the doors open, rather than stopping between floors.
Do you maintain other elevator brands?
Yes. We service Mitsubishi, Otis, KONE, Schindler, Fuji, TK and other brands, not only the elevators we supply. Brand names are trademarks of their owners; we are an independent service provider, not an official partner of those manufacturers.
Do you offer maintenance after installation?
Yes. We offer monthly and annual maintenance contracts, each visit followed by a written report. Contracts can start the day the elevator is handed over.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — a written warranty covering the elevator, the parts and the installation work. Duration is confirmed in your quotation.
Which areas in Jeddah do you cover?
